Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and HQ Studios LLC ("HQ Studios", "we", "us") for using hqstudios.co and the HAQ app at agency.hqstudios.co ("HAQ"). By using either, you agree to them. If you use HAQ for a company or a client, you agree on their behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

Early access

HAQ is in early access. Features may change, and we may limit who can use it while we onboard channels.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
  • You're responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you manage, including what the people you invite do there.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to HAQ, such as scripts, thumbnails, photos and videos. You give us permission to store, process and display it to run HAQ for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy for features you use. Make sure you have the rights to everything you upload, including footage, music, images and the likeness of the people in them.

AI-generated results

HAQ suggests ideas, titles, scripts, thumbnails and scores. They can be wrong or resemble existing material, so review them before you publish. You're responsible for what you publish. Scores and outlier figures are estimates, not promises of results. Realtor mode adds real estate guardrails, but you remain responsible for following real estate advertising and fair housing rules.

YouTube

HAQ uses YouTube API Services. By using HAQ, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connect only YouTube channels you own or are allowed to manage. HAQ isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Acceptable use

Don't use HAQ to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy.
  • Upload malware, or content that's unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
  • Get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe, overload or disrupt HAQ.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer HAQ, or scrape it with automated tools.

Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, per workspace, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any taxes.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
  • We'll tell you before a price change applies to you.

Ending service

You can stop using HAQ at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. If we stop offering HAQ, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can download your files.

Disclaimers

HAQ is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring any number of views, subscribers, leads or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HQ Studios isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about HAQ is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell signed-in users in HAQ or by email. Using HAQ after a change means you accept it.
